Founded in 1971, the school is internationally renowned for its outstanding achievements in teaching and research, and is characterized by its lively campus atmosphere, as well as fully-equipped teaching facilities. The school has a beautiful environment with a total of five campuses across three cities. In 2007, the school received NT$150 million of research funding from the Australian government, which further benefits the school’s academic evaluation ranking and development prospects.

Being one of Australia's largest universities, the school has been awarded the top 200 universities of best reputation worldwide by the Time Magazine (London edition). The curriculum focuses on “practical application in the workplace”, in which research and education are oriented to meet the job market’s needs. Its students come from all over the world, and in addition, the majority of its teaching staff also have either worked abroad or studied overseas. The University of Queensland was founded in 1909. It is one of the oldest and largest universities in Australia and is a member of the Australian Group of Eight and Un-iversitas 21. The university was ranked 4th domestically and 41st internationally in the Times Higher Education-QS World University Rankings of 2009. The school’s out-standing record was sustained over three periods of evaluation of teaching quality conducted by the government of the Commonwealth of Australia while gaining strong support for research work from high-performance industries. The university has been accredited by the AACSB (Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business) and has a fine reputation nationally, as well as internationally, for its quality teaching and excellent research.

FGV-EAESP is the first university in the South America to be accredited by AACSB and EQUIS. Since its founding in 1944, the university has produced many influential politicians and businessmen in Brazil, including several successive presidents of the Central Bank of Brazil. In last year’s 2007 MBA ranking by Financial Times, FGV was placed No. 32 worldwide, not only is it the top university in Brazil, but it is also the best in South America. The school is the first in Brazil, to set up business management and business law programs. FGV values significantly the exchange of ideas with other oversea universities, which coincides with CNCCU’s viewpoint. What is worth mentioning is that NCCU and FGV share as many as 20 partner schools in common, including University of St. Gallen in Switzerland, York University in Canada, University of Maanheim in Germany and so forth.
